Version 1.0 — Hosted on the Vibo Platform — Organized and Administered by Farmbid Africa
1. PREAMBLE
The We The Peoples Humanity Awards ("the Awards") are an international humanitarian recognition program established to identify, celebrate, recognize, and promote individuals, organizations, institutions, charities, social enterprises, businesses, youth initiatives, community-based organizations, NGOs, and humanitarian leaders whose work has created measurable and sustainable positive impact within their communities. The Awards are organized, administered, and managed exclusively by Farmbid Africa and hosted through the Vibo Platform.
By participating in any activity related to the Awards, every participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in suspension, disqualification, cancellation of votes, withdrawal of awards, or any other action deemed appropriate by Farmbid Africa.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Participation is open to individuals and organizations that demonstrate verifiable humanitarian, social impact, community development, or philanthropic work. All nominees must be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent), provide accurate and verifiable information, comply with applicable laws, and agree to verification procedures. Individuals or organizations providing false information, involved in terrorism, convicted of serious financial crimes, or posing reputational risk to the Awards are not eligible.
3. NOMINATION PROCESS
Nomination into the Awards is strictly free of charge. No person shall be required to pay any fee to submit or receive a nomination, be listed on the Vibo Platform, or be considered for verification. Nominations may be submitted through the official Vibo Platform portal or authorized partner channels. Farmbid Africa reserves the right to reject incomplete or fraudulent nominations.
4. VERIFICATION AND DUE DILIGENCE
All nominations are subject to verification by Farmbid Africa or appointed agents. Verification may include identity checks, organization registration checks, field assessments, beneficiary confirmation, reference checks, and financial audits where necessary. A nominee may be disqualified if information is found to be false, impact claims are unverifiable, or the nominee refuses to cooperate with verification.
5. PUBLIC VOTING SYSTEM
All voting activities shall be conducted exclusively through the Vibo Platform. Each vote requires a payment of USD 0.38 (or equivalent in supported local currency). Votes outside the Platform shall not be recognized. Valid votes are those successfully paid for, recorded on the Platform, and not flagged as fraudulent.
6. QUALIFICATION THRESHOLD (85-VOTE RULE)
Each nominee must obtain a minimum of eighty-five (85) valid votes within four (4) consecutive weeks from the official voting start date. Meeting this threshold qualifies the nominee for the judging stage and unlocks eligibility to access Grant Opportunities on the Vibo Platform. Meeting the threshold does NOT guarantee winning, finalist status, or grant approval. Nominees failing to meet the threshold shall be automatically eliminated from the current Awards cycle.
7. GRANT ACCESS THROUGH VIBO PLATFORM
Nominees who achieve the required voting threshold may be granted access to explore opportunities on the Vibo Platform including funding applications, donor programs, investment opportunities, and partnership opportunities. Grant access does NOT guarantee approval of funding, receipt of money, or any financial benefit. All grant decisions are subject to independent evaluation with separate eligibility criteria and conditions.
8. JUDGING FRAMEWORK
Farmbid Africa shall appoint an independent Judging Panel to evaluate all eligible nominees who have met the 85-vote threshold. Judges shall act independently and impartially, avoid conflicts of interest, declare relationships with nominees, recuse themselves where necessary, and maintain confidentiality of deliberations. All judging discussions and scoring records shall remain confidential.
9. JUDGING CRITERIA
Judges shall assess nominees on: Humanitarian Impact (depth of community benefit, lives impacted, reach and scale), Sustainability (long-term viability, institutional strength), Innovation (creativity, use of technology, adaptability), Leadership (integrity, community trust, governance), Accountability and Transparency (financial transparency, ethical operations), Community Participation (inclusivity, local ownership), and Measurable Outcomes (documented results, evidence-based impact).
10. FINALIST SELECTION (80% RULE)
Only nominees who achieve a minimum score of eighty percent (80%) or higher shall be classified as Finalists. Finalist status means the nominee has passed the judging stage and is eligible for the Grand Finale. Finalist status does not guarantee winning, financial grants, or sponsorship approval.
11. GRAND FINALE
Finalists shall be subjected to a final round of public voting through the Vibo Platform. Votes shall be open to the public, require payment per vote, and be subject to fraud monitoring. Farmbid Africa reserves full authority to detect and block fake accounts, invalidate suspicious votes, and suspend finalists involved in manipulation. All final decisions regarding winners shall be binding, final, and non-appealable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. INTEGRITY AND ANTI-MANIPULATION RULES
Participants are strictly prohibited from vote buying, fraudulent payment activity, creating fake accounts, using automated voting systems (bots), hacking, bribing judges or staff, impersonating nominees, or manipulating scoring systems. Violations may result in removal of votes, suspension, disqualification, revocation of finalist status, and permanent blacklisting from future editions.
13. DISQUALIFICATION
Farmbid Africa reserves the unconditional right to disqualify any Participant at any stage for providing false information, engaging in vote manipulation, submitting forged documents, engaging in criminal conduct, violating any applicable law, damaging the reputation of the Awards, engaging in harassment or hate speech, or failing to comply with verification requests. Disqualification may occur with immediate effect and without prior notice.
14. CODE OF CONDUCT
All Participants shall conduct themselves with integrity, respect, honesty, and professionalism. Participants shall not engage in fraud, harassment, abusive language, spreading false information about other nominees, vote manipulation, political propaganda, or impersonation of officials. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, disqualification, or permanent ban.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Participants retain ownership of original content submitted. By participating, Participants grant Farmbid Africa and the Vibo Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, and display submitted content for promoting the Awards, marketing campaigns, media publications, documentation, educational use, and fundraising. No additional payment or royalties shall be due unless expressly agreed in writing.
16. MEDIA RIGHTS AND CONSENT
Participants consent to the capture and use of photographs, video recordings, interviews, audio recordings, live broadcasts, and event footage. Farmbid Africa and its partners may use Participant name, image, voice, biography, and organizational details for promotional and informational purposes across television, radio, online platforms, social media, print publications, and press releases.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Farmbid Africa and the Vibo Platform shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, loss of opportunity, technical system failures, internet interruptions, payment gateway failures, or third-party service disruptions. Farmbid Africa does not guarantee nomination approval, votes or outcomes, winning of awards, grant funding, or sponsorships. Participants assume full responsibility for accuracy of submitted information and compliance with these rules.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
Farmbid Africa shall not be held responsible for failure or delay caused by natural disasters, pandemics, war or civil unrest, government restrictions, cyberattacks, system failures, labor strikes, or infrastructure breakdowns. In such cases, Farmbid Africa may suspend, postpone, or modify the Awards.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. ADMINISTRATION
Farmbid Africa shall have full authority over administration of the Awards including establishing and amending categories, appointing and removing judges, verifying nominees, investigating fraud, canceling votes, disqualifying participants, and revising these Terms and Conditions. All decisions made by Farmbid Africa shall be final.
Privacy & Data Protection Policy
Organized and Administered by Farmbid Africa — Hosted on the Vibo Platform
1. DATA WE COLLECT
Farmbid Africa and the Vibo Platform may collect personal and organizational data including: your company name, contact name, email address, phone number, country, logo/ad image, selected target countries, nominee selections, identity details, financial transaction data, voting records, nomination content, and verification documents.
2. PURPOSE OF DATA USE
Data shall be used strictly for: administering the Awards, displaying your ad on the platform, processing payment, verifying nominations, processing votes, communicating with participants, fraud detection, reporting and analytics, and grant and opportunity matching on the Vibo Platform.
3. AD DISPLAY
Your logo and website/social link will be publicly displayed on the We The Peoples leaderboard for the countries you selected. Your company name may also be featured in promotional campaigns, media publications, and social media distribution.
4. DATA PROTECTION MEASURES
Farmbid Africa shall implement reasonable safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. Uploaded files (logos, ad images) are stored securely on our servers.
5. DATA SHARING
Data may be shared with: verification partners, payment processors, legal authorities (where required by law), judges (limited scope only), and technical service providers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. DATA RETENTION
Data may be retained for compliance purposes, auditing, reporting, and future award cycles. You may request deletion of your data subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
7. YOUR RIGHTS

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
