- Register through the official Vibo Platform.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

Farmbid Africa reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate voter registration where false information, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Platform is detected.
3.2 Voter Registration
To participate in the voting process, every voter must create an account on the Vibo Platform. During registration, the Platform may require information including, but not limited to: full name; email address; mobile telephone number; country of residence; and any additional information reasonably required to verify the identity of the voter or improve the security of the Platform.
The voter is solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and current. Farmbid Africa shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from incorrect or outdated registration details.
To enhance security and maintain the integrity of the Awards, Farmbid Africa may require email verification, one-time passwords (OTP), mobile verification, identity verification, or any other reasonable verification procedures before allowing a voter to participate in the voting process.
3.3 Voter Accounts
Upon successful registration, the voter shall be issued with a personal account on the Vibo Platform. Each voter shall maintain only one (1) account unless otherwise authorized in writing by Farmbid Africa. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, obtain additional Grant Coins, manipulate voting results, or circumvent Platform restrictions is strictly prohibited.
Every voter is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and shall take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to their account. The voter agrees to notify Farmbid Africa immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access, suspected security breach, or misuse of their account.
Farmbid Africa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that is found to have been created using false information, used for fraudulent activities, or operated in violation of these Terms.
3.4 Voter Dashboard
Following a successful paid vote during the Second Round, the Vibo Platform shall automatically generate or activate the voter's personal dashboard and send a dashboard invitation email to the registered email address. The Voter Dashboard provides access to: voting history and transaction records; Grant Coin balance; eligible grants available for unlocking; notifications and announcements; account and profile management; and other services introduced by Farmbid Africa from time to time.
Dashboard access is personal to the registered voter and may not be transferred, shared, sold, assigned, or made available to any other person. Farmbid Africa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue dashboard features where necessary for operational, technical, legal, or security reasons without affecting the validity of votes already cast.
3.5 Responsibility of the Voter
Every voter agrees to use the Vibo Platform honestly, responsibly, and in good faith. A voter shall not:
- Impersonate another person or organization;
- Register using false or misleading information;
- Use automated software, bots, or scripts to vote;
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the voting system;
- Engage in fraudulent voting practices or payment manipulation; or
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Any breach of these obligations may result in the cancellation of votes, forfeiture of Grant Coins, suspension or termination of the voter account, and any other action deemed appropriate by Farmbid Africa, including legal proceedings where necessary.
4. TWO-ROUND VOTING PROCESS
The We The Peoples Humanity Awards adopts a transparent and secure Two-Round Voting Process to ensure fairness, encourage broad public participation, and recognize nominees who have demonstrated genuine community support. All voting shall be conducted exclusively through the official Vibo Platform, and only votes successfully recorded by the Platform shall be considered valid.
4.1 First Round – Free Public Voting
The First Round of voting is open to the public and is completely free of charge. Registered voters may cast votes for eligible nominees without making any payment during this stage. The purpose of the First Round is to identify nominees who have received sufficient public support to progress to the final stage of the Awards.
A nominee must obtain a minimum of One Hundred and Fifty (150) valid votes during the First Round to qualify for the Second Round. Once this threshold is achieved, the Platform shall automatically update the nominee's status and make them eligible for the Second Round. Nominees who do not attain the required number of valid votes before the official closing date of the First Round shall not proceed to the Second Round but may participate in future editions of the Awards.
4.2 Second Round – Paid Public Voting
The Second Round is open only to nominees who have successfully qualified from the First Round. Each vote cast during the Second Round shall require payment of United States Dollars Zero Point Three Eight (USD 0.38) per vote, or the equivalent amount in a supported local currency as determined by the Vibo Platform at the time of payment.
Payments shall be made only through payment methods approved by the Platform. A vote shall be regarded as valid only after the payment has been successfully processed, verified, and recorded by the Platform. Failed, cancelled, disputed, or fraudulent transactions shall not result in a valid vote. Farmbid Africa reserves the right to reject or invalidate any vote found to have been obtained through fraudulent means, payment manipulation, automated systems, or any conduct that undermines the fairness of the Awards.
4.3 Grant Coin Rewards for Voters
To reward public participation, every successful paid vote cast during the Second Round shall automatically earn the voter one (1) Grant Coin. Grant Coins shall be credited to the voter's dashboard immediately after payment confirmation and successful vote verification. No separate application or request shall be required.
Each Grant Coin may be used to unlock one eligible grant opportunity available on the Vibo Platform, subject to the eligibility requirements of the selected grant. Grant Coins are promotional rewards only and:
- have no cash or monetary value;
- cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or assigned to another person;
- cannot be redeemed for cash or any other financial benefit; and
- may only be used within the Vibo Platform.
4.4 Dashboard Activation
Following every successful paid vote during the Second Round, the Platform shall automatically send a Dashboard Invitation Email to the registered email address of the voter. Upon activation, the Voter Dashboard shall allow the voter to: view voting history and payment records; monitor Grant Coin balances; unlock eligible grants; receive announcements and notifications; manage account information; and access additional services made available through the Vibo Platform.
Dashboard access is personal to the registered voter and shall not be shared, transferred, or used by another person.
4.5 Nominee Achievement Reward
To recognize outstanding public support, any nominee who attains Eighty-Five (85) valid paid votes during the Second Round shall automatically qualify for a special promotional reward. Upon reaching the required threshold, the Platform shall automatically grant the nominee free access to all eligible grants available on the Vibo Platform for a period of Ninety (90) consecutive days.
This complimentary grant access: is personal to the qualifying nominee; is non-transferable and may not be shared with any other individual or organization; does not guarantee grant approval or funding; and automatically expires at the end of the ninety-day period unless extended under another promotion or programme administered by Farmbid Africa. To protect the integrity of the reward programme, the grant-sharing feature shall remain disabled for all nominees receiving complimentary grant access under this promotion.
4.6 Voting Integrity
Farmbid Africa is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and credible voting process. The Vibo Platform continuously monitors voting activity to detect fraud, suspicious transactions, duplicate accounts, automated voting, payment manipulation, or any conduct intended to influence the outcome of the Awards unfairly.
Where such activity is detected, Farmbid Africa may investigate the matter and, at its sole discretion, cancel votes, remove Grant Coins, suspend voter accounts, disqualify nominees, or take any other action considered necessary to preserve the integrity of the Awards. All decisions made by Farmbid Africa regarding vote verification, fraud prevention, and enforcement of these Terms shall be final, subject to any applicable laws.
Farmbid Africa reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms and to take appropriate action where necessary to protect the integrity, fairness, and transparency of the We The Peoples Humanity Awards. Such actions may include the verification of votes, cancellation of fraudulent votes, suspension or termination of voter accounts, forfeiture of improperly obtained Grant Coins, or the disqualification of nominees found to have benefited from fraudulent activities. Where applicable, affected parties may contact Farmbid Africa through the official support channels to seek clarification or review of any enforcement action.
