NYNETHA is the umbrella body representing Nigerian youths in the planning and implementation of a multi-sectoral youth focused HIV/AIDS response. Our goals as an organization include and not limited to the following: To ensure effective Youth representation in decision making on HIV/AIDS, sexual reproductive health right, population and development at all level. To coordinate, mobilize and leverage resources to youth focused organization working on HIV/AIDS and others related diseases, sexual reproductive health right, population and development in Nigeria. To engage in policy, advocacy on HIV/AIDS, sexual reproductive health, right population and development issues. The body is headed by a national coordinator working in collaboration with the National and State Executives. The Network was established in the year 2004, registered with cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC) and presently consists of over 5000 youth member organizations spread across all the 36 states and FCT.
