About Thimo Ciitu Youth Group Thimo Ciitu Youth Group is a registered community-based youth organization committed to empowering young people and transforming communities through innovation, environmental conservation, social entrepreneurship, education, and community service. Founded on the belief that youth are catalysts for sustainable development, we bring together passionate young leaders to design and implement initiatives that address local challenges while creating opportunities for growth, resilience, and lasting impact. We believe that empowered youth build empowered communities. What We Do Our work focuses on creating practical, sustainable, and community-driven solutions through: ๐ฑ Environmental Conservation โ Establishing tree nurseries, promoting tree planting, climate action, and environmental awareness. ๐ป Digital Innovation & Technology โ Supporting digital literacy, innovation, entrepreneurship, hackathons, and technology-driven solutions through initiatives such as the Gatundu Digital Innovation Summit. โค๏ธ Community Outreach & Charity โ Organizing visits to children's homes, supporting vulnerable families, conducting food and clothing drives, and promoting volunteerism. ๐จโ๐ Youth Empowerment โ Providing mentorship, leadership development, life skills, entrepreneurship training, and networking opportunities. ๐ค Community Development โ Building partnerships that improve livelihoods, strengthen local institutions, and promote inclusive social and economic development. ๐ Capacity Building โ Equipping young people with practical skills through workshops, training programs, and community engagement initiatives.
