Here is our Executive Summary my Dear *Shepherd Colt Empowerment Foundation (SCEF)* is a humanitarian, non-profit organization committed to unlocking the potential of youth, women, and underserved communities in Nigeria. We drive impact through education, skills acquisition, health awareness, and wealth creation. Our goal is to equip individuals with practical tools to be self-reliant, ethical leaders and active contributors to nation building. SCEF delivers its mission through 4 cardinal projects: 1. *21st Century Women on Wealth Building* – financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment for women 2. *In-School Empowerment Project 1 & 2* – leadership, career counseling, and life skills for students 3. *Post-School Youth Business Empowerment Project 1 & 2* – business training, mentorship, and startup support for graduates 4. *SCEF on Health* – nutrition and wellness education: _“what your doctor doesn’t know about your nutritional needs might be killing you”_ Beyond programs, we provide platforms for mental, emotional, social, and spiritual development. We promote patriotism, high moral standards, and leadership.
