Our Mission To champion global and sustainable peace through youth empowerment in enhancing community civic education and skills development. Our Vision An empowered community that serves as a catalyst for social transformation and growth towards socio-economic development and the enhancement of the universal common good. Our Values We value the irreplaceable dignity of all persons under the common umbrella of humanity irrespective of race, tribe, religion, political persuasion, economic status, gender and ability. Our History Founded in 2020, Phoenix CBO emerged from the recognition that empowered youth and communities are essential for sustainable peace and development. We work to address challenges such as unemployment, poverty, and social disintegration through targeted programs and community engagement. What We Do Community sensitization and awareness campaigns Youth empowerment seminars and workshops Advocacy and themed peace rallies Skills development and vocational training Consultancy on peace and civic issues Health and nutrition programs Environmental conservation initiatives Gender equality and women empowerment Our Impact Since our inception, we have directly impacted over 5,000 community members through various programs and initiatives. Our youth empowerment programs have helped over 500 young people gain valuable skills for employment and entrepreneurship.
