In my area there is a lot of moulding bricks ànd burn them using firewood. To make sure trees are not depleted, we produce tree seedlings so that the one who burn bricks at least has to plant 200 trees. We also train youths and women in Area 4 Mzuzu to produce their own seedlings for sale. We sell to individuals, farmers, NGOs and government institutions. So far from 2023, our seedlings have been planted across Malawi. The fruit seedlings have started producing fruits and the owners are earning cash and improve their health.
