Novel Association for Youth Advocacy (NAYA) is a coalition of youth-led organizations registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria in 2014. NAYA is dedicated to creating an inclusive society where every adolescent and young person has the opportunity to thrive through advocacy, partnerships, capacity building, and community-driven action. NAYA works across health, education, gender equality, disability inclusion, economic empowerment, mental health, substance abuse prevention, and youth participation in development. Through evidence-based advocacy, community outreach, policy engagement, leadership development, and youth-friendly services, NAYA empowers young people to become active contributors to their communities while promoting equitable access to opportunities and essential services. NAYA serves adolescents and young people, particularly those who are most vulnerable and underserved, including Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW), young persons with disabilities, key populations, internally displaced persons (IDPs), residents of underserved communities, and other marginalized groups. By working closely with communities, government institutions, development partners, and civil society organizations, NAYA ensures that no young person is left behind. With a network of 67 active member organizations, NAYA has strengthened local organizations, built the leadership capacity of young people, amplified youth voices in decision-making, and expanded access to life-changing information and services. Guided by compassion, inclusion, and service, NAYA continues to inspire hope, transform lives, and empower a new generation of young leaders committed to building healthier, more equitable, and resilient communities across Nigeria.
