Title: Building Resilient Communities Through Innovation and Leadership* My name is Jackson Ng'ambich, and I am a youth leader committed to transforming communities in Malawi through sustainable enterprise and social impact. As *CEO of Sunrise Properties Hub Ltd*, I drive affordable housing and real estate solutions that create jobs and dignified living for young families. As *CEO of Lambano Agri Suppliers*, I work with smallholder farmers to improve access to quality farm inputs and markets, boosting food security and rural incomes. My passion for service led me to co-found the *Mwanza Development Organisation*, where innovation meets community needs. Through this platform, we have: 1. *Trained communities in sustainable agriculture and rural livelihoods* - equipping over 500 households with climate-smart farming and agroecology practices. 2. *Advanced community and reproductive health* - through mobile clinics, Community Health Volunteer trainings, and training girls to make reusable sanitary pads to keep them in school. 3. *Promoted community-based natural resource management* - supporting communities to protect soils, water, and forests for future generations. We also partner with government by *donating cleaning materials to Lilongwe District Council* to support public health and sanitation. I believe true leadership is about solving real problems with practical, youth-driven solutions. My goal is to continue building businesses that profit with purpose, and organizations that leave no one behind. I am ready to learn, collaborate, and scale impact as a Youth and Innovative Leader.
