Double Zero Trust noted if we are going to track change over time, we need to have a clear understanding of the "00" appended on the mixed races national identity cards. Double Zero Trust believes the identity gap "00" matter advocates for good ID systems as crucial tools for achieving sustainable development goal (SDG)16.9 which seeks to provide legal identity for all, including birth registration by 2030. Double Zero"00" re-coding is key enabler or contributor to many other sustainable development goal (SDG) targets, such as financial and economic inclusion, social protection, agriculture, good governance, and safe and orderly migration. For these reasons, re-coding process will ensure the end of extreme poverty and boosting shared prosperity. Following extensive consultations with stakeholders and the authorities, one of the key pillars of state, Parliament realized the anomaly emanating from Land Apportionment Act of 1930 and other related statutes in between up to the refreshing Land Reform Act of 2001. Double Zero Trust believes all the person's with "00" appended on the National Registration ID cards have every reason to commemorate the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination on the 21st of March every year which is found on the United Nations calendar of Events which is also supported by Article 15 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) that says “everyone has the right to a nationality”and that“no one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.
