Development Impact Pathfinders Initiative (Devimpath) is a development organization with demonstrated experience in advancing gender equality, climate resilience, youth leadership, and evidence-based research and policy engagement. Its mission is to advance inclusive and equitable development by creating participatory pathways for individuals particularly women and young people, communities, and institutions to drive and experience sustainable development that lives no one behind. Through meaningful collaborations, capacity building initiatives, evidence-based research, policy advocacy and transformative programmes, Devimpath empowers women, girls, youth, community leaders, development professionals, and partners across Nigeria to design, implement, and scale transformative solutions that create measurable social and environmental change. Since its founding in 2018, the organization has implemented innovative programmes that empowered women and young people to become leaders of sustainable development while strengthening the link between community evidence and public policy.
