My mission is to change this narrative by creating safe spaces where individuals especially young people can openly seek help without judgement. I work closely with local schools and community centres to provide interactive mental health literacy workshops, peer support circles and early intervention programs. By bridging the gap between individuals and professional care, we are actively nurturing a resilient generation that prioritises mental wellness alongside physical health.
