We serve young Africans, women, girls, citizens and marginalised communities across Africa. We organise, educate and mobilise people to actively participate in governance processes, civic engagement, climate action and climate education, gender equality, gender justice, economic justice and social accountability through our programmes, campaigns, projects, trainings, fellowships and bootcamps. We strengthen grassroots movements, build the leadership capacity of young people and women, amplify citizens' voices and create platforms for meaningful participation in decision-making at local, national and continental levels. We equip communities with the knowledge, skills and confidence to demand accountability, influence public policy and champion inclusive, people-centred development. Through collective action and movement building, we inspire active citizenship, nurture the next generation of changemakers, promote democratic values, defend human rights, advance climate resilience, challenge inequality and injustice and foster feminist leadership. We work to ensure that no one is left behind by creating opportunities for those who have historically been excluded to lead, organise and shape the future of their communities. Our work contributes to stronger democratic institutions, accountable leadership, resilient communities, inclusive public policies and a more just, equal and sustainable Africa where every young person has the power, opportunity and freedom to transform their society.
